PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
PRODUCTS
We pride ourselves in offering items of the finest quality and craftsmanship. All items are made to order in New York City and our eco-friendly packaging is sourced in the USA. Due to the hand finished nature of our jewelry, slight variations may occur between products. All pieces are made-to-order, unless otherwise marked, allowing us to take the greatest care in producing of your item. Because this process can sometimes be time consuming, please allow 3 weeks (maximum) for your item to ship. If you need something delivered by a certain date, please contact us to see whether this is possible.
All merchandise sold on this website is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel all orders that are assessed to be for resale purposes.
CANCELLATION
Once your order has been submitted, any modifications or cancellations must be made in writing prior to the processing of that order, which is usually within 24 hours. No modifications/cancellations are allowed once an order has been processed.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns on any items within one month (31 days) of purchase, if they do not show signs of wear or damage. Customers pay for return shipping.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

SHIPPING
We offer free flat rate for shipping by UPS or FedEx within the continental US, this may take up to 7 days depending on your location. If you would like to receive your package by a certain date, please choose an appropriate shipping option with an additional fee at the checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Box numbers.
For international orders, customers are responsible for paying customs tariffs. If packages are forfeited at customs as the result of a customer declining to pay customs tariffs, the customer must pay for return shipping.
Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes on any returned items.
SALES TAX
Upon checkout, sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to locations within the state of New York.
PRIVACY
The security of your personal information is very important to us. Your order will be processed via a secure server and the personal information you submit to us will be completely protected.

In the event that a HINCKLEY LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, HINCKLEY LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. HINCKLEY LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, HINCKLEY LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
TERMINATION
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by HINCKLEY LLC without notice at any time, for any reason.
